Hello from Growing Well Garden. I’m Susan and I’ve worked as a GP in the NHS for over twenty years. I’m also a keen gardener and my garden is my happy place. In early 2022 I got the opportunity to fulfil a long held ambition of setting up a social prescribing / community garden at the surgery where I work. With the help of our Social Prescribing Team and a group of volunteers, we hope to use the power of green space, horticulture and nature to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of patients in the Mid Devon area.
